Try the plate at home. If it is not for you, send it back within 90 days of delivery. We pick it up and pay for the pickup. Once the plate is back with us, the refund goes out within 7 working days.

Once we have the plate, the refund goes out within 7 working days. Prepaid orders return to the original payment method. Cash on delivery is paid to your UPI or bank account.
If the product is damaged, you choose a replacement or a full refund of the product. The COD processing fee is still not refunded.
The ₹99 COD fee is not refunded
Cash on delivery includes a processing fee. That fee stays with us on every return and every refund, including a damaged product. It is ₹99 for one plate, ₹149 for two, and ₹199 for three or more. Prepaid orders have no COD fee, so the full amount you paid for the product is refunded.
A manufacturing defect is separate from the trial. The standing plates have a lifetime structural warranty, and the Air Therapy Plate has a 1-year warranty. Normal wear from use is not a defect.
How a return works
Message us within 90 days
WhatsApp, call, or email with your order number. Say whether this is a return, or — if the plate is damaged — a replacement or a refund.
We book the pickup
We arrange the courier and pay for it. Keep the plate ready for collection at the address on your order.
We refund you, or send a replacement
After we receive the plate, a refund goes out within 7 working days. For cash on delivery, send the UPI ID or bank account it should go to. If the plate was damaged and you chose a replacement, we send the new plate instead of a refund.
